Isaiah 1:9 NKJV
“Unless the Lord of hosts had left to us a very small remnant, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been made like Gomorrah.”
Isaiah 1:9 NKJV
In the midst of every trial and tribulation, there are always solutions.
In the midst of chaos, rebellion and perverse generations, we will always have a remnant.
Today we know Jesus even though we are in the midst of a generation that denies God and His existence. This is because of a small remnant of believers in this whole wide world.
Jesus left us with His twelve remnants when He ascended to heaven. One dropped out, yet many became remnants of God’s messengers.
During the days of the Old Testament, the nations and people were so far away from the Lord and did things that we have never heard of.
What we see today in our society might be bad but there were worst things that happened in the Old Testament.
But things took a turn and nations began to come back to the Lord because of the remnant that held on to God through hard and tough times.
How grateful we are for the remnant that stood the test of time, temptations, persecutions and punishments so that we can have the good news of God’s kingdom.
We too are the remnant for our generation and to stir the generations to come with the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
Just how thankful we are today for the remnant. So let us also be that remnant for generations to come.
In Christ, we are all His remnant, equipped to display His glory and power. For greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world.
Let us continue to hold on to Jesus, His love and grace for our lives, our family and our next generation.
Blessings
