“Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.”

What it means to commit our ways to the Lord and what it means to trust in Him?

The word commit is “to roll”. This means to hand over without any string attached to it. It is a posture that we are unable to take it back. Once it’s rolled over to Jesus, it’s not going to roll back to us.

It’s like when someone hand over the job to someone superior to handle it, that person who handed over is not going to have his way any more.

When we commit or hand over to God, we believe that God is going to take care of us and we just have to follow His directions.

When we commit to the Lord, we don’t try to come up for the solution based on our own circumstances or feelings but depend on the Lord for the next move which He will reveal to us.

The sign that we have not committed to the Lord is that we are worrying about it and stressed out thinking about it.

The sign of true surrender is when we have peace and confidence in the Lord and are not moved by what we see or hear about it.

We commit to the Lord because we trust that He knows the beginning and the end. He is the source of all good things and because He is God Almighty.

Trusting God for the great outcome according to His promises is the key to seeing the manifestation of God.

To trust God is to have confidence that God will lead us into triumph no matter how impossible the situation may look like.

God has shown us time and again that He is faithful if we commit and trust Him for our breakthroughs.

The result may not look like the package we are expecting but it always will be greater and better than what we could ever ask or think.

Let us commit and trust the Lord with all our hearts and minds and believe He will lead us through every challenge in life.
