does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;

I Corinthians 13:5 NKJV

Love is not passive but active. Love looks for ways to uplift, restore, encourage, build and multiply.

Love is the key ingredient for true joy, peace and a satisfying relationship. There is no other better place to learn about true love than from the One who is love, and that is God.

When someone says they don't love their husband or their wife or when someone says they don't have the love for this or that person anymore, it is because they have stopped activating all the attributes of love.

When we stop making the effort that reflects and express that love, then love is not going to be felt.

The problem we don't love anymore is not because we just lost the love for that person but because we have stopped working on sustaining the love.

Love that just happened, love that is based on what we like, love that has no commitment and responsibility is not love at all, it is lust.

When we love, the love in us initiates, creates and works to bring about a spark of joy towards another. It gives us satisfaction to see the happiness in the other person. It is not about self-gratification.

God demonstrated His love by giving His life for us. He walked, worked and died for our sake because He loves us.

To love someone is to walk, work and be willing to give our life for them.

Let us work on all the attributes of true love and bring to life the God kind of love back into the world.

Blessings
