I Corinthians 5:13 NKJV

But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”

I Corinthians 5:13 NKJV

Paul is addressing an issue that is in the body of Christ. This is not about people who do not know Jesus. This is about the church.

From knowing the truth of God, they have degraded to living in sins that, Paul describe, were not even named among non-believers.

This is a sad state of the church that should present the gospel but instead it is tearing apart the integrity of the church and what the church believes in.

When we start to accommodate the so-called little sins, we won't be able to notice the so-called big sins.

This is not a message about looking out for who is living wrong before God. This is about keeping Jesus as a model of our lives at all times and keep renewing ourself in Him daily.

This is about encouraging each other to live our life in Christ Jesus. But if any believer wants to accommodate the works of satan into their life deliberately, we have to take a stand to cut that relationship deliberately.

This is because we will be marketing the works of satan in the church. There will be no difference between the old life and the new life in Christ.

If we want to blind ourselves with pleasures that comes from the flesh, fear of men and pride of life, we will be like the blind leading the blind into destruction.

As a believer, we are a living epistle. We become a book that people read and we need to continue our journey in the grace of God.

We as believers need to renew our hearts and minds daily so that we will not wander away from the truth.

What Jesus laid as a foundation got to be the place where our faith and feet are anchored. Keep removing every toxic that we see in us by taking in the word of God.

We are all the reflection of Jesus in the world. The world is looking for truth, the truth of true joy, true peace, true life and true love.

Let us offer ourselves daily that in everything we do, we can be that reflection to the world.

Blessings
