“For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”

This is a quotation taken from Psalm 95 warning the Israelites not to fail again to enter God’s promises.
Entering His rest here is not speaking about salvation as this was addressed to the believers.
Entering this rest is talking about living in the inheritance that Jesus has given to us.
The first-generation Israelites did not enter their promised land because of fear, unbelief, rebellion, and pride and they kept looking at the past.
Therefore, the first generation did not enter their rest nor receive their inheritance. But the second generation entered their rest by faith, obedience, submission, trust, and humility.
This is important for us to understand that for us to enter our rest and receive the inheritance that Jesus established for us is to completely believe in Him.
If we believe without wavering, no matter how it looks like on the outside, we are sure to enter our rest.
God’s promises are our rest, His promises are our inheritance and everything that God has spoken becomes our inheritance.
Therefore, let us continue to enter our rest and receive our inheritance as we trust His promises and keep standing on God's word until the end.
Do not let fear, doubt, and unbelief fill our minds. Cancel those voices of satan by replacing them with the word of God.
Let us anchor our hope and trust in Christ. Let us stand on His promises till the end.
