Acts 4:18 NKJV

So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
Acts 4:18 NKJV

The Pharisees and the Sadducees were against the disciples. They know that the disciples were not educated but they noticed one thing that set the disciple apart was that they have been with Jesus. With the evidence of a healing man before them, they could not do anything but to forbid them not to speak in Jesus Name. The enemy knows what is causing the problem in their camp. The enemy knows the power behind every preacher of the gospel. It is the power in Christ Jesus. God has exalted that Name and has decreed that every other name has to bow to the Name of Jesus. Sometimes the enemy knows more about the power that we have in the Name of Jesus than the believers. We take things for granted many times and we don't really pay attention to the power that is in us. God gave us the Name that is above every other name. Let us stand in the Name of Jesus and break every other power that tries to influence us and cause fear or that drives us away from God. We need to spread the good news and keep raising the Name of Jesus to the ends of the earth. We must not allow fear or people to stop us from preaching and declaring Jesus. We need to be bold to proclaim the name of Jesus because it is the truth that sets people free. Blessings Ambrose Francis
