And when they ran out of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, “They have no wine.” John 2:3 NKJV

Mary, the mother of Jesus, knew her Son Jesus is the Saviour of the world. Mary, the mother of Jesus, knew that Jesus is born out of God's word and God's Spirit. When Mary saw the crisis at the wedding celebration, her heart was moved to go to her Son Jesus for the solution. Jesus is the answer to all. Only Christ Jesus can fill the emptiness of mankind. At the time of crisis, Mary did not panic because she knew who to go to for the answers. As Mary, the mother of Jesus points and directs her attention to her Son, so must our whole attention be given to Christ Our Lord. Mary knew Jesus is the answer. Therefore, it's her responsibility to bring to Jesus's attention in this situation. As a born again child of God, we all have a responsibility to make Christ known to the world. We know Jesus is the answer, just like Mary told the servants to do what He says, and we need to tell people what Christ has done for all mankind. The lives of the people to be saved depend on us. We need to share and make Jesus known to all. Every crisis should be an opportunity for us to point to the solution which is Jesus Christ. God loves His children and wants to give His best to all. This invitation needs to reach every soul in this world. Let us be the messenger for Christ. Let us be His hand, feet and His mouth, to speak the plans and purposes of God.
