Acts 15:11 NKJV
But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”
Acts 15:11 NKJV
As we grow in faith in Christ, we become mature and more Christ-like in our conduct. Our old habits and sinful acts are no longer part of our lives.
But we must not forget that it is by grace we all have been saved and not by our works. We must not put a yoke of bondage by asking people who are new in their journey to start living like where we are now.
It is important to encourage them and challenge them to leave the old habits and sinful acts by coaching them on their journey.
We must not put fear in them by telling that they will lose their salvation if they don't live a certain way. God's grace saved all of us while we were sinners.
God's saving grace is more powerful and able to deliver us from the worst sins when we turn to the Lord.
We encourage and build lives in the grace of God. We encourage them to live out all that Jesus has done for us.
No matter what tribe, race, tongue and nationality we may be, we all are saved by the saving grace of Christ.
We are to set the oppressed free and break the bondage of the enemy in Christ Jesus and not to add sorrow in the believer's life.
Let us encourage one another in the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Blessings
