I Corinthians 16:14 NKJV

Let all that you do be done with love.

I Corinthians 16:14 NKJV

Paul's final exhortation in this letter is for the believers to stand fast in the faith, to be brave and to be strong.

This is not a call to arrogance and pride but it's a call to stand for the truth of God's Word in love. We need to stand for the truth in love which reflects the goodness of God.

It's important to understand that Paul is asking the believers to be brave and strong in their faith because Paul knows that every one of us will be tested, tried and persecuted.

Those who do prepare their mind and heart to be steadfast in their faith, being brave and strong in the Lord will not be caught off guard.

Those who do not prepare themselves in these areas will usually panic, complain and accuse others.

We need to take responsibility to keep sowing seeds of God's promises in our lives so that we can build a strong spirit, be brave and remain steadfast in the Lord.

Love holds all the law and the prophets. Love is God. His character is love, His promise is love and His kingdom is love.

Our strength, hope, faith and bravery lies on the fact that GOD LOVES US FIRST. Therefore, we can stand secure in His love.

We can live a powerful and meaningful life in Christ because of the love we have received.

Let us continue to live life in His Love.

Blessings

Ambrose Francis
