Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Romans 5:1 NKJV

The peace of God that surpasses all understanding belongs to all who have been justified by faith in Christ Jesus.

The peace of God is more than just the absence of conflicts, terrors, fears or doubts. The peace of God is the knowledge that God has got it all as we choose to trust in Him.

It means to take action to restore every brokenness, to be complete and be made whole in Christ.

It is to intentionally take the grace, mercy, love, healing and the joy of the Lord and work them into our lives trusting that all will be well.

His name is Yahweh Shalom which means the Lord is peace. When we truly believe in the power of God who justified us, then we will be at rest in Him.

Knowing that all will work together for good at the end to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Our justification is by faith. It is by faith in all that Jesus has done for us that we live in Him, move in Him and have our being in Him.

When we choose to live by our circumstances, our troubles and pains we allow it to overwhelm us.

When we choose to live by faith in all that Jesus has done for us, then God who is in Peace will rule over our thoughts, hearts and elevate us all in His divine peace.

Living by faith in Christ Jesus brings about the life of Christ and the manifestation of His power in and through our lives.

Every day we face choices to believe in God or to believe in what is happening in and around us.

The power to choose is given to us.

Let us choose Yahweh Shalom, the Prince of Peace to rule and reign over us all.
