Ephesians 1:8 NKJV

which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, Ephesians 1:8 NKJV

Paul is speaking of the finished work of Christ and that we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. God's word says that this redemptive work, forgiveness and God's grace abounds toward us in all wisdom and prudence. The word abounds, bestowed or lavished speaks of the measure God has blessed us with. This speaks of more than enough, far above what we could ask or think and according to His riches. God did not just give these blessings to us in a trickle here and there but poured out on us so that we can have and flow it out to all the abundance of God. In all wisdom, means all the wisdom that we need to live our life, all the wisdom that we need for the kingdom of God in this world is made available in and through Christ Jesus. This is the free gift of God to us who will believe in Christ and this is the heritage of the children of God. The word prudence in Greek is (φρονήσις phronēsis) which means understanding, thinking and prudence. The meaning here is that, so to speak, God had granted great "intelligence" in the plan of salvation. This is so we who are His children have been made to live as God's intelligence in the world to execute the plans and purposes of God by being guided by the word of God and the Holy Spirit in every situation. It is like a river of God that is constant. It is always flowing. The glory of God flowing through His body, the church, to touch and heal every surface of the earth. We are called to play an important part in His kingdom. Let's take our place and flow in the abundant river and blessing of God. Blessings
