‭‭Psalms‬ ‭40‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“I delight to do Your will, O my God, And Your law is within my heart.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭40‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

David knew that for him to delight himself in doing the will of God, it cannot be done by his own might but by the word of the Lord.

Therefore, David gave himself to meditating on the word of God and changing his heart according to what God has said.

When David went astray with his lust to sin against God, it was the word of God which was familiar to him that brought him back to the Lord.

David also knew that God’s will is revealed in God’s word, so it is wise for David to spend time knowing the word of God.

Everything about God is supernatural.

His kingdom is a supernatural kingdom, His word is supernatural.

It is the invisible who made the visible.

God who is spirit made everything visible for mankind so that mankind can operate from the invisible realm to take care of the visible realm.

We cannot do the will of God with our own efforts, our own wisdom, knowledge, and with our own strength.

God’s will can only be carried out by His children here on earth through His supernatural power revealed in His word.

By the power of His Spirit and by the revelation of His word, we can accomplish His will here on earth.

The Bible tells us that the word of God is a double-edged sword and cuts through everything.

We need to be convinced and follow through God's word and be led by His Spirit.

Let us give ourselves to hearing the word of God and put it into practice daily so that we can walk in fulfilling His will.
