In the world today, we are bombarded with bad news and information that attract people to hear and watch.
Bad news makes a lot of noise like a single gunshot that makes headlines in newspapers and runs in the media for weeks but a million people praying and loving go unnoticed.
People pay to hear bad news, and people give their time and attention to watching bad things.
The world is getting worse because we keep pumping in bad stuff. Sadly it is preached in our churches today.
What we really need is to turn off the darkness. The light of God and His power, which is above every other power that is in the world, can accomplish this.
If we believe what we believe to be true about Jesus and what He has done for us, then we should use every opportunity to proclaim the good news.
There is no news that God has not dealt with and there is no shortage of power to subdue the enemy's new plan.
The problem is that we don’t have the power. Why? It is because we are not speaking the good news.
As the word of God says, to sing to the Lord, proclaim His good news, and live in that mode DAY BY DAY.
We can’t paint faith or hope by hearing bad news. When hope is deferred, it makes the heart sick.
We need a faith-filled heart and hope to believe in God in this perverse generation.
We can change the world by living for Jesus continually and manifesting His power.
If we keep proclaiming the good news and putting the good news into action, miracles will start to happen.
When miracles happen, we start to turn our nation back to God.
Let us keep proclaiming Jesus, His power, and His might, and spread the good news.
