For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Paul is teaching us to get our eyes, mind and heart off the carnal things of this world. Teaching us not to do things like the system of this world.

Paul is grounding every believer's disputes by telling them to shift from carnality to our true identity which is all that Jesus has laid and established for us.

We must not get entangled with the things that gratify the desires of the flesh instead we need to be grounded in the firm foundation that Jesus laid for us.

Whatever decision we make it cannot be dependant on what men say and what men do but on what Jesus has established for us.

Man's heart and mind can be easily deceived by our own desires. The lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.

The only secure, true and just is to follow what God has shone for us through Christ Our Lord.

We cannot lay any other foundation, any other wisdom, or ideas, methods or plans but only what Christ has laid for us.

Everything we do, say and live needs to come out of what Christ has done for us.

Jesus laid a foundation and through that foundation, we are to live as holy, anointed, empowered and full of His love, grace and power.

Jesus made us to be the head and not the tail.

He raised us up to sit together with Him in the heavenly places so that we can live our lives as the children of the living God.

Let us keep living our lives out of the abundance that Jesus has laid for us.
