Isaiah 60:19 NKJV

“The sun shall no longer be your light by day, Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory.

What was written in Isaiah 60:19 has been fulfilled in our lives through Jesus Son of the living God.

We who are born again no longer depend on the created things of God. The sun, the moon and the stars no longer give us understanding and insight but the Lord God Almighty.

God himself becomes our light, our understanding, our wisdom, courage and strength.

God himself will be our glory. This means no glory on earth is more glorious than the glory we have in Christ.

Christ the Hope of Glory is living in us through His Holy Spirit and we can shine this light all the days of our lives.

When we absolutely die to the glory in our flesh, our achievements, our intellect and our wisdom, then only can we shine in God's glory.

Living life through God and His word is living in His glory, love and power. When we take our steps and walk as God says, we are relying on and trusting in Him and His knowledge.

God's glory is not meant to be locked up in heaven for a showcase but to be displayed here on earth so that through the goodness of God all can come and turn back to our heavenly Father.

Therefore, let us all arise and shine the light of our Father's glory here on earth through our complete trust and obedience in Him.
