Hebrews 5:8 NKJV
though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.
Hebrews 5:8 NKJV
Jesus, though He is the Son of God, learned obedience by the things He suffered and it brought such an enlightenment to us and to all that we need to go through in life.
Jesus is the Son of God. He does not need to submit to any government or institutions yet He chose to because of obedience.
Christ has made us free from bondages not so that we can live the way we want. He sets us free from bondage so that we can live in Him.
For in Him consist all things pertaining to life and godliness. That is what Jesus established for us.
Jesus submitted Himself to the authority that was corrupt yet came out victorious because the weapons of our warfare are not of flesh and blood but of the spirit to pull down every stronghold.
Submission does not mean weakness, it means that we can go, take captive, pull down every stronghold in Jesus Name.
We need to live an obedient life before God and before men. This is so that every part of our lives reflects the power and love of God and not the arrogance of the world.
Everything we suffer for Christ sake will not go without us receiving back a hundredfold in return. God is faithful and we cannot outgive God.
Let us step up in faith and believe that God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly and above all that we could ever ask or think.
Let us be meek in obedience and in submission but very strong and courageous winning the battles in the Spirit. Hallelujah.
Blessings
