‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭6:4‬ ‭NKJV

“But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses,” ‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭6:4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Paul is sharing that the gospel he preaches is commendable because it’s not for personal gain. Everything Paul does is to his best knowledge of Christ with integrity in all things as his allegiance and responsibility are to God and not man. This reflected in the way that Paul carry himself through tribulations, persecutions, isolation, imprisonments, patience and so much more for the sake of the gospel. Paul preaches the gospel not because he can get his needs meet but he preaches the gospel so that peoples lives can be saved and secured for eternity with our God. This is not just so we can commend ourself but also the world will commend and want the message of Christ. The world can see clearly that we, as believers, take a stand in what is right in the eyes of God under every circumstance. That we would carry the gospel of Christ with us in everything we say and do with integrity and honest for the sake of the kingdom of God. The gospel was tested and tried from the apostles right through every generation and has always stood strong and will be unshaken until the end. We need a lot of patience, endurance with determination to go through everything that the apostles went through for our generations. The gospel we have received need to be guarded and shared with integrity because our first allegiance and responsibility are to God. Let us live up and stand up for the gospel of Christ till the end. Blessings
