Psalms 119:62 NKJV
“At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You, Because of Your righteous judgments.”
Psalms 119:62 NKJV
The psalmist said that even when the enemy has bound him, yet at midnight he will rise to give Him thanks.
Naturally, we rest at night giving our body and mind some restful sleep.
But the psalmist says that he will rise when everyone Is asleep and praise the Lord who is righteous.
The Lord is Righteous means all who trust in God WILL BE DELIVERED.
No matter how many enemies have bound us, no matter how hard the enemy has blocked us and no matter how the enemy has stripped us of our resources, we will still praise the Lord because we are not what our natural inheritance says we are, we are not what our enemy has achieved.
We are the child of the living God who is righteous and His judgment shall come to pass.
No power or authority can stand against the final judgment of God.
Therefore, no matter how it may look like right now, we can still praise Him
We can still exalt Him because we are what God says we are.
Let us rise up and give thanks for the things that we have not seen.
Let us rise up and praise God for the breakthroughs we have yet to experience.
It is time to lift our heads up high when everything seems very low.
Christ has risen and so shall we rise in Him.
Blessings
