“But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?”

The gospel of the kingdom of God is reflected in a simple culture of love, care and giving.
Love is not love without loving someone and caring is not caring without caring for someone. All summed up in God’s characteristic that He, God the Father gave His only begotten Son as a ransom for us all.
God is constant, His love is constant, His word is constant and everything about Him is constant.
Everything else changes out of His constant identity and divinity. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
So are we in Christ, constant in reaching out as He reached out to us, love as He has loved us and give as He has given us.
If we do all these as a worship unto the King of kings and Lord of lords, we will be fulfilling every law.
Everything we have comes from God, because of His grace and favour over us. Therefore, we are stewards over everything we have.
God blessed His people through us who are stewards of His riches and glory.
God is always reaching out to His children, giving them their miracles and breakthroughs.
If we stop reaching out, if we stop giving and if we stop helping then we have become unfruitful, a branch that is withered and of no use.
To have something and not giving it is not loving and certainly not what Jesus did. Jesus gave it all for us because He is full of His Father’s kingdom that is always overflowing.
When we keep giving our love, care and resources we will be flooded far more and will begin to do greater things for the kingdom of God.
This reflects our true worship unto the Lord.
Let us continue to be Christ- like no matter what and how people respond to us.
