if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Paul is encouraging the believers to continue in the journey without wavering and without looking back but be constantly moving forward according to the gospel of Christ.

This then will cause them to enjoy the inheritance and experience the glorious mysteries of the kingdom of God.

We need to be grounded and steadfast in our belief towards the gospel as a divided mind will not be stable to accomplish anything.

The enemy wants to take our attention and focus away from the gospel of Christ because only the word of God can bring enlightenment to what is of God and what is not.

If satan can get our attention away from the gospel of Christ, then God's truth is taken away and there will be no enlightenment for us to know.

Following God and the truth of the gospel of Christ will enable us to walk in the authority, power, grace and love of God.

This is the reason why we need to not just believe but also to be persistent, steadfast and bold to keep following the truth by the power of God's Spirit.

Let us keep moving forward according to all that Christ has done for us. And if there is any other message that takes away the gospel, we need to discard that so that we can remain in Christ and all that He has done for us.
