‭‭I Peter‬ ‭3:12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

‭‭I Peter‬ ‭3:12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous does not mean God only sees the righteous and rejects the unrighteous. What it does mean is that those who come into agreement with God, that are in right standing with His truth will begin to see like God sees.

They will begin to see the answers and able to enjoy the blessings that comes from seeing it through His eyes.

God’s ears are open and prayers are answered because they are able to see what God has given to them.

People who see God display godly character, display God’s love and mercy but those who see the devil or his works will display all the lust of the flesh, eyes and pride of life.

God wants our eyes to be fixed on Him who is righteous. The power and grace that flows from fixing our eyes on Him will transform every part of our lives.

People often want to identify themselves with our flesh, what we don’t have or have. What we have achieved or not achieved and how good or bad we are.

But God wants us to identify ourselves with Him alone. Because everything came from Him and nothing that was made without Him.

Trying to attach ourselves to other than God is attaching ourselves to something that will not stand and will not last.

If we don’t believe God’s word and follow Him, there is not much we can experience or expect from God.

Jesus said, " If you remain in Me and my words remain in you." then what we ask will be done for us.

Let us remain in God, fixing our eyes on Him who is righteous and experience the glorious blessings Jesus already set for us all.

Blessings
