“and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward, and Susanna, and many others who provided for Him from their substance.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭8‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Jesus ministered to the disciples, to the multitude, and to the needy but He as the Son of Man also had to eat, drink, and be refreshed.

A faithful group of women came together to meet His daily needs.

People who serve the Lord also have families, children, wives, and husbands, and have their daily needs.

Who is ministering to their personal needs? It is the church, the people who care who refresh the ministers of the gospel.

If we take care of our ministers, we will reap the benefits of our seed.

If they are blessed, we also will be blessed by them. If they are refreshed, we also will receive a refreshing revelation of God’s goodness.

If Jesus needed a group of people to come together to meet their needs, for sure our ministers also need to be blessed and taken care of.

These ladies brought their substance. They brought their food and other things for provision.

Let us look after our leaders so that they are always refreshed, restored, and ready to bring God’s word.

Blessings

Ps Ambrose
