“Then Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?””

Jesus spoke some things in this passage that really challenged everyone who heard Him.

Jesus was revealing the truth about who He is and how we need Him as the source of all substance for our lives.

He talked about eating His flesh and drinking His blood. Jesus was speaking about the supernatural food which is His word and the supernatural cancelation of every form of bondage and curse with His blood.

Many who perceived Him in the natural, did not understand what He was speaking and left Him.

Jesus turned around to His disciples and said do you also want to go away.

Many today turn away not only from the ministry but also from the plan and purposes of God.

Many have been offended in many different ways and rejected the truth.

God’s word was meant to change us and challenge our earthly mindset to a godly mindset.

To be carnally minded is death and to see everything through the eyes of Jesus and through His finished work of the cross, we will experience true liberty.

We don’t leave because we are challenged but we need to grow when we are challenged by the word of God.

Every word that separates us from God and all that Christ has done is not of God.

But every word that brings revelation that we are one in God is of God.

Jesus prayed that we all be one as He and the Father are one.

God wants us to grow from glory to glory. We must not live a limited life out of what we know but we need to live life out of the revelation of who He is every day.

Let us not get offended when truth is shared but grow, take hold of our lives in Christ, and press on till the end.
