Proverbs 8:34 NKJV
“Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.”
Proverbs 8:34 NKJV
This passage talks about wisdom. Blessed will be the person who gives ear to hearing instructions.
Blessed is the person who hears, who keeps looking, searching, and positioning at the door of wisdom.
Wisdom is important to navigate, direct, and help us follow the path of our life. How do we know what is true wisdom in a world that has many beliefs?
The word of God tells us in 1 Corinthians 1:30 that Jesus became for us wisdom from God.
Jesus is the true wisdom that came down from God. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Therefore, to follow Jesus, to hear His instructions, and to position ourselves in Him is the greatest place of wisdom.
We cannot get more wisdom or become more wise than being found in Jesus.
Those who hear Jesus and His instructions, those who walk by the word that Christ has spoken are the people who live in the wisdom of God.
In a world that is evolving with different philosophies and ideologies, it is important that we stay true to Jesus and His word.
This is wisdom, to follow Jesus and have Him as Lord and Saviour. The wisdom that we need is found in Christ Jesus our Lord.
If we take time to stand at His door, learn by having a relationship with Jesus, and follow what He says, we can live a successful and blessed life here on earth.
Let us look to Jesus who is the answer to life, to our challenges, and to our valleys.
Blessings
