‭‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭40‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?””

‭‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭40‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When Jesus asked them to open the tomb of Lazarus, Martha said to Jesus to not open as he has been dead for four days.

This is an important statement that Jesus made. If we can believe it, then we would see the glory of God.

Every miracle and every breakthrough for the saints starts from believing it is possible.

Jesus told them that He is the resurrection and the life. But they believed that fit the future but not for the NOW.

The word of God is full of His promises for the future and also it is for the NOW.

To believe for the now is a posture of our heart and mind trusting in God.

Many situations may look like it’s over, many circumstances may seem too late but miracles happen in these situations when one chooses to believe for the glory of God.

Daniel in the lion's den and the three Hebrew men in the fiery furnace came out alive.

They came out without a trace of going through the fire or the escape of the hungry lions.

Jesus is for us the hope of glory and believing in Him as the source of all things brings about the manifestation of His glory.

To believe in God is an act of worship, adoration and honour towards God Almighty.

Therefore, when we believe in Him, we are giving Him our true worship that brings us the benefits.

As the psalmist says, to worship the Lord and forget not all His benefits.

Let us believe God for everything even when things look like it’s already over.

Blessings
