Acts 18:9 NKJV

Now the Lord spoke to Paul in the night by a vision, “Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent; Acts 18:9 NKJV

Paul had some setbacks, he followed the leading of the Holy Spirit but got rejected by the Jews. He departed from there and moved on to speak to others. Paul was not wrongly led but it was the Jews he was speaking to who did not take the invitation that God is offering to them. Just because people reject the truth it does not mean we were led by our own instinct. We can be led by the Lord and not see the conversion. We must not take things on the surface level as we don't know what is happening in the hearts and minds that heard the truth. We may be sowing the seed but someone may come later to harvest it. If one of us stopped, we may not get the harvest we were looking for. God spoke to Paul not to stop, not to keep silent but keep doing what the Lord has instructed him to do no matter what the outcome looks like. We must not give up just because of something that happened or did not happen. We must not give up because of some setbacks. We are not living for the approval of people but we are living for God and we live for Him alone, doing everything for Him and through Him. Let us not be silent, let us not stop spreading the good news to the world. We are an important part of God's kingdom. Blessings Ambrose Francis
