Genesis 3:10 NKJV
“So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.””
Genesis 3:10 NKJV
When Adam and Eve sinned against God, God’s position did not change.
His daily fellowship with them did not change, and His love for them did not change, but the one that has changed was Adam and Eve.
They heard God, the same as before.
They felt His presence coming to them the same but they chose to hide themselves.
Religion has taught us that God is not pleased with us; therefore, we need to do and live right, only then would God be pleased with us.
The truth is mankind can never please God with our own works as all of our offerings and sacrifices are of sin.
Jesus came and made us all acceptable and holy, pleasing to our Father in heaven.
Sin will always accuse our position with God and our rights and will try to divide us from God, who loves us as His own.
Often mankind will choose to live under condemnation because that is the rightful place naturally.
But God has redeemed us from sin and death and gave us His precious life to live.
We must not live by the conviction of our carnal self but according to the grace and mercy of God who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing.
To be carnally minded is enmity with God, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Let us not push ourselves away from God with sin consciousness but live conscious of God and in all that He has done.
Blessings
