Acts 4:13 NKJV

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. Acts 4:13 NKJV

The religious leaders saw Peter and John as someone not trained in the word of God but they were amazed by the power, the supernatural manifestation and the result before their eyes. Peter and John were bold in presenting the gospel of Christ to all because they knew Jesus and experienced His power. They did not fear the authorities or the religious leaders because they are confident in the Spirit. The only thing that the religious leaders can think about is that Peter and John had been with Jesus. When we have an encounter with Jesus, our lives could never be the same again and if we follow His leading, we would see the glory of God. Peter and John did not have much to offer but what they had in Christ is far above everything that man could ever offer. We need to understand that to be with Jesus is to live and move according to His word so that we can reign in the supernatural with Him. They were persecuted and threatened but Peter and John spoke even more boldly. As the bible says people who know their God will do great exploits. We can put our trust in God and if we do that, we would flow in the wisdom that will amaze those who hear and see. God desires is to turn everything into something beautiful. If we surrender our lives to Him, He will surround our lives with His glory. Let's get to know our God and be bold to do and speak His truth to all mankind. Blessings Ambrose Francis
