“Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.”

‭‭I John‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬

Whoever believes, which means trusting the finished work of Christ, adheres to living the life God has given and completely relies upon the new life Jesus set for all believers is born of God.

This means that anyone who claims to be born of God will choose to rest in the work Christ has done for them and not rest in their carnal self.

To believe in Jesus Christ is also to believe that we are to function out of God’s love.

Our motivation for everything in life must come out of the love which we have received from Jesus.

We are to love others just as Christ has loved us. God’s love is righteous, holy and pure.

Condoning sin, comforting the wrong and encouraging to remain in defeat is not love.

Love is not weak but the most powerful force to bring someone from nothing to something that is so wonderful.

Every believer loves God and loves others. Loving each other in Christ is the lifestyle of every believer.

Let us be the people who live life trusting Him, have complete faith in Him and live out His power that is within us.
