“Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?”

‭‭Amos‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Agreement produces unity and unity produces fruits. This is a powerful ingredient for success.

When God called us into fellowship as His own children, it is a call to agreement.

The fellowship is coming into agreement with Christ and all that He has established for us.

Usually when two people come together, they bring their best and come up with the greatest way.

Since God and His ways are far superior than ours, we take all of His ways and walk in obedience, which is the only part we play in this agreement.

God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing, protected us with His own presence.

We just need to come into agreement with Him and say yes and amen.

An agreement is a covenant with both parties. If only one keeps it and the other doesn’t, it won’t work and it won’t produce.

God is faithful and always keeps His end of the promise. We are the one who needs to be steadfast to stay in that agreement.

We cannot walk with God if we do not keep up with our part of the agreement.

We can walk with the full power of God when we walk in agreement with Him.

We can do what He says. We can do if we walk in agreement with Him.

Our words, our minds and our hearts need to come into agreement with Christ and His plans.

One of the main reasons agreement is broken or did not materialise is because one party did not do their part.

When it comes to God, we all know who is the one that needs to be faithful in keeping up with the agreement. It’s us.

Let us therefore keep looking unto Jesus and walk in agreement with all that He has purposed for our lives.
