This is a powerful truth that will liberate us from insecurity, control and manipulation. John was so secure in what He was doing. He elevated Jesus and the future work that is to be accomplished.

Every leader will release greatness when they are secure in what they are doing in the Lord.

For they are not there for the applause of men but the Lord's affirmation of "Well done good and faithful servant.".

Godly leaders will use their giftings and talents to help others reach their destiny and purpose.

Each one of us is here to encourage, build and empower one another to reach the full potential.

People who don't want to help, share and give towards each other are usually insecure in many areas of their lives.

People who are always giving, caring, helping and empowering others are usually secure in their identity.

When others accomplish something or achieve something, the people who are secure will feel blessed and honoured to be part of that achievement.

We need to know that God has given each of us an important task so that we can carry it out with boldness, joy and peace.

Life will be full of joy when we celebrate people's achievements because we gave ourselves to help.

Let our motive be to build, encourage and help others to reach their purposes in God.

If they achieve the purpose, it means we have fulfilled ours.

Let us celebrate life with each other as Jesus came to celebrate with us.
