These words that Jesus spoke should give us guidance of what we should allow into our hearts, mind and body. It also should give us guidance to what should come out of our hearts, minds and through our words.

God is a living God. We need to discard any thoughts, words, feelings, ideas and plans that do not produce life or give life.

So often we bring judgements on ourselves. We look down on ourselves, in doing so we are not giving life to our body.

Jesus is life. He gave life for us to live. He promised all things will come alive in Him.

We need to align our hearts, minds and lives in Christ so that every part of us can live wholly as God had intended.

Speaking, thinking and living in all that Christ has done is like oxygen to our body. If we stop speaking life into it, thinking life of it and by faith living in it then it is just a matter of time death starts to creep in.

But if we continue to speak life to it, think through it and live by faith in it then we will cause every dead thing to come alive.

That is the authority and power that Jesus gave to all who believe in Him. If God has said it, then it is possible to those who would believe it.

We need to put oxygen into every area of our life which is the word of life in Christ. We need to breathe in the right air to be spiritually healthy.

Let us breathe in Jesus and all that He has done for us. Living victoriously through Him who has overcome the world.
