Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

The psalmist encourages us to come before God's presence with thanksgiving and a joyful shout.

When we shout out the praises of God, it helps us to overcome the dominating influence over our thoughts and hearts.

This practise helps us to break through the pains, sorrows, heartaches and discouragement that we face in our lives.

To shout is also to dominate and to signal to our enemies our positions in Christ Jesus.

Though in the old testament people go to the temple to experience the presence of God but in the New Testament, God made a way for us to live in His presence all the days of our lives.

In the old covenant, people set a time, go to a place and sacrifice to God to have a moment with Him.

God does not want us to have a moment with Him, God wants us to live our lives in His moment. 24/7 all the days of our lives.

We are to be in Him, live in Him and reflect Him every day in every area of our lives.

As new covenant children of God, we need to learn to shout our praises above our struggles, above our challenges and give thanks to the Lord for the victory.

Let us rise above our struggles and lift up a shout of victory on what the Lord has accomplished for us.
