You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men;

II Corinthians 3:2 NKJV

While some people questioned Paul's legitimacy as an apostle, believers in Corinth displayed the fruit of the gospel.

Paul spoke to the Corinthians that he did not need any better recommendations because the Corinthian believers proved the evidence of Paul's ministry.

The transformation that these believers had from being pagan worshippers to becoming followers of Christ is more than enough as evidence.

This shows us that living the gospel of Christ is so important in the kingdom of God.

If people cannot see the evidence of Christ in us, then there is nothing the world could look forward to.

If our lives do not reflect the gospel of Christ, we become less effective in preaching it.

Just like the Corinthians, the ministry of the new covenant, living life in the spirit became part of their lifestyle. We too need to live in the Spirit and display fruits of righteousness through our lives.

The new covenant lifestyle in Christ needs to be cultivated in and through us. Let us be building each other to create the culture of the kingdom of God.

The greatest honour for a minister of the gospel is to see the evidence of Christ displayed in the lives of the people they minister.

Let us be the epistle of Christ to our family, our community and to our world.
