“of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;”

This is part of the verse where Jesus talks about the Holy Spirit when He comes.
When the Holy Spirit comes, He will convict the world of righteousness.
God’s Spirit will convict.
The word convict here does not mean to condemn, bring judgment or punishment.
The Holy Spirit of God was sent to bring understanding to all the abundance of God and His love towards mankind.
The Holy Spirit help us search for the truth with the right understanding of what God, our loving Father had prepared for us even before the foundation of the world.
Therefore, without the Holy Spirit, we can’t fully understand the scriptures. Reading the word of God without the Teacher is like trying to understand something from our own perspective.
But God the Holy Spirit can bring to us the absolute truth because He is the true Author.
God’s Spirit will reveal to us our true righteousness that Jesus Christ bestowed upon us.
Jesus said it is better for Him to go so that He can be in everyone by His Spirit and He can be the guide to all at all times.
Let us study the scriptures with God the Holy Spirit and let God reveal His righteousness to us.
