Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭29‬ ‭NKJV

“To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭29‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Paul spoke of his continuous commitment to work out the grace and power of God that is within him to edify the church.

Paul described himself as a farmer who toiled the ground to weed out, to manure, to plant and to harvest.

What Paul is teaching us is to take all that Christ has deposited in us and cultivate them.

Cultivate our lives with the power of God and encourage others to do the same.

We, too, as believers, need to take what Christ has deposited in us and use them.

Many today pray and ask God to cultivate, ask God to plant and ask God to reap the harvest.

That is not God’s assignment; that is what God told His children to do. But we, as a church, often pray for God to do it.

God has put all of Him and His kingdom in us so that we can take what is needed and finish our assignments here on earth.

If we ask God to do it, we will not cultivate, will not plant and will not reap the harvest. We will just pray and expect God to do it.

That is the place the enemy has convinced many to stay and just pray for God to do it.

Jesus has finished His work and He has not left any work behind.

Therefore, it is all up to us to take what is given and begin to walk in His power and authority to fulfil our assignment here on earth.

Blessings
