Haggai 1:8 NKJV
“Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified,” says the Lord.”
Haggai 1:8 NKJV
The Lord spoke to the prophet Haggai and revealed why the people of God were not able to flourish, not able to save, not able to enjoy God’s fullness, and not able to sustain what they earned.
Everything that they get seems to be drained away from them.
In the old covenant, we need to find the seed to sow for our protection, find the seed to sow to sustain our life, and find the seed to sow to live in abundance.
They were living life without sowing into God’s purpose. They were living life without God’s purpose and left the temple of God in ruins.
In the new covenant, Jesus became the seed for us to sow. Everything we do today is by the power and grace of God.
Yet the principles of sowing remain because God gives us the seed to sow.
We sow Jesus into people's lives.
We sow His love, mercy, and forgiveness.
We sow our time to save a soul from going the wrong way.
We sow the talents God gave to us.
We are refreshed in every area of our lives when we sow in every part of our lives.
God has given Jesus to cover every part of us. Therefore, it would refresh us if we sow from every area of our lives.
Let the seed God has put in every one of us be sown to build His spiritual Kingdom here on earth.
Today, we are part of God’s supernatural kingdom. It is not a building project but it is bringing a soul to be built into His kingdom.
Let us sow the seed that God has given us, and see every area of our lives blessed beyond our imagination.
Blessings
