“But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:”

‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Peter was speaking to those who have witnessed the outpouring of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Peter was saying that what was prophesied by the prophet Joel has now come to pass.

The Holy Spirit was sent by Jesus to the world.

All who believe in Jesus and are open were baptised by the Holy Spirit.

We are living with the Holy Spirit

We are the temple of the Lord and a dwelling place of God.

But some of us are still praying for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Are we still waiting for the so-called experience in the upper room?

He is right here right now waiting to be released as we yield to God the Holy Spirit.

Some are still asking God to pour out His Spirit. God already did it on the day of Pentecost and we ought to live in the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are baptised in the Holy Spirit, not when God is ready. He has done everything and made it available to all.

When WE are ready, WE humble ourselves and make the decision to say yes Lord I WANT YOU and I want to be baptised with Your Holy Spirit. Then we will start walking in His power.

Don’t pray and ask God to pour out His Spirit because He has done that but pray for the hearts to be open to receive.

Pray against the hardness of the heart. Pray that they will come to God as a child comes to the Father.

There is so much Jesus has done for us yet we are praying as if it needs to be done again.

There are so many things that Jesus has equipped us for yet we live life as if we are empty.

We have been filled by Jesus the moment we received Him as our Lord and Saviour.

Start living life with gratitude for all the blessings WE HAVE RECEIVED.

There is not one thing Jesus has left out to do on His part. Therefore, it is all up to us to live in His abundance.
