Mark 8:2 NKJV
““I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat.”
Mark 8:2 NKJV
Jesus spoke to His disciples about the need of the multitudes to be fed. Jesus can turn stones into bread, why ask the disciples about the need?
Jesus showed His disciples that they can meet the need before them. All they need to do is to bring what they have and give it to Jesus.
Needs will be everywhere and will never end. But when God brings to our attention about the needs, then we can solve it with His abundance.
Jesus was showing His disciples what to do as He highlighted the situation. Today believers are highlighting to God the situation and asking Him to do it.
Instead of doing what God tells and shows us to do, we are telling and showing God what He should do.
It’s time to bring ourselves back to the place where we hear God’s voice, His Spirit and take heed to His word and do what He tells us to do.
The seven churches in the book of revelation had the same message, to those who have an ear, let him HEAR what the Spirit is saying to the churches.
We need to be the people who do what God says and not the people who tell God what to do.
When God speaks, we need to just do it even though we may not have enough or don’t have what it takes in the natural.
When God tells us and shows us what to do, it means He has provided to accomplish the needs.
God wants His children to rise up as His and be His power, love and glory to this world.
Let us be ready to do what God tells us no matter how big it may look like in the natural.
Blessings
