The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness.

Jesus is not speaking about natural vision, Jesus is speaking about our spiritual sight. He is talking about what we give our spiritual eyes to see will also fill our minds and heart.

We all see through our natural eyes and we also see through the eyes of our imagination. Seeing through the eyes of our imagination is what shapes our thinking and affects our life.

When we ponder on something bad, we are seeing the worst that can happen. Therefore, we give life to it and those things manifest in our lives.

This is why God wants us to fix our eyes on Him, His power, His might so that our imagination will paint the picture of God's goodness and mercy.

Seeing and giving our spiritual eyes to God's promises will develop in us His faith, His light and His love.

Walking in faith is seeing in the spirit according to His promises what is not there in the natural.

When we can see the promises of God through our imagination and through our spiritual insight, it gives birth and we see the promises of God come to pass in our lives.

Keep seeing in the spirit according to God's word about who we are and what God wants us to do.

If we are complaining, murmuring, disappointed and discouraged, it is because we are seeing the wrong things. We have to switch to seeing God's promises and His faithfulness.

We have to be watchful of what we give our attention to. It is important we recognise our condition and fill it with the light of God.

It is time now to keep seeing, speaking and walking in His promises all the days of our lives.
