“But behold, you will be mute and not able to speak until the day these things take place because you did not believe my words which will be fulfilled in their own time.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When the angel Gabriel appeared to Zachariah in the temple, he was afraid and did not believe what the angel said would come true.

Zachariah had every reason to be afraid because any small thing that was not carried out in the right way in the holy place could cost them their life.

When he was given the promise, he was praying but Zechariah refused to believe it.

It is interesting that so many believers pray the prayers of their desire yet would not believe to receive them.

Most of the believers will kill the seed of the promise by SPEAKING AGAINST IT.

It is so important to know that unbelief will not manifest our provision and confessing against it will kill the promises of God.

The angel told Zachariah because he did not believe, he would not be able to speak until the promise was fulfilled.

Our words are very powerful. We cannot expect our spouses to be wonderful if we keep sowing words of grief and discouragement.

We cannot expect to see someone do great when we are tearing them down every time we see them.

We need to align our words accordingly to what Jesus has done and speak that into being until we see the manifestation of the blessings.

Let us be confident and speak into our lives and the lives of others to walk in the abundance of God.

Blessings
