“For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.”

Every great and awesome work, ministry, business, and relationship starts with small steps. One common ingredient that is found in those steps is faithfulness.

It is very easy to give up on small things, and very easy not to give attention to small, insignificant beginnings that have no remarkable impact.

But every big thing starts small, and with care, consistency, patience, endurance, and persistence eventually will pay off in the end.

It is the same way with us growing in God. Every small step with consistent efforts will eventually get us to walk with such wisdom and knowledge of God.

Every seed we sow into our lives today may not be so remarkable tomorrow but one day it will grow into a tree that gives shelter to many in need.

We are blessed to be a blessing in every area of our lives. If we don’t see that today, just keep sowing and keep serving faithfully and the blessings will unfold and manifest.

Many who have achieved great things have many stories that they never imagined what those little beginnings have brought them.

Let us be faithful in all of our small efforts unto the Lord. Surely it will bring forth blessings that will amaze us.
