Romans‬ ‭1:12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“that is, that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.”

Paul loved the believers in Rome and longed to be with them. He hoped to bring encouragement to the Romans and be encouraged by their gifts and ministry.

Encouragement is always necessary for everyone regardless of what they are going through.

Encouragement is a powerful weapon that can turn one’s focus from going downhill to climbing to reach their purpose in life.

Encouragement is like a double-edged sword, when one encourages others, it will always encourage themselves.

Encouragement is part of God’s nature and it gives life to hopelessness. It gives life to those who are broken and rejected.

God came while we were sinners and chose to die for us shows that God wants us to know how much He values us even though men completely rejected and crucified Him.

If we want to be encouraged, we need to encourage others.

When we start giving out encouragement, encouragement will find ita way back to us in a measure far better than what we have given.

When encouragement becomes part of our lives, we will start to bring in unity, love and peace of God in our midst.

It’s also a great ingredient to build good relationships and a positive environment.

If we keep discouraging others and always making life difficult for others, then we become a problem, not a solution.

Let us be conscious to be an encourager to each other in the Lord and in the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.
