1 Peter 5:7 AMP
“casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].”

Peter had gone through many situations and circumstances that involved a great deal of anxiety, advised us to cast all that come against us to God.
The reason Peter could do it was because of the knowledge of the God that he serves. Peter believed that God has deep affection and watches over us carefully.
The way we cast our cares is not like the ways of the world. It is not by striving to cast out the anxieties and cares but to cast in the ways of God and His promises then the anxieties will disappear by it self.
The word of God tells us perfect love casts out all fear. Anxieties are of fear. Scripture teaches us that when God’s love comes in, fear automatically goes out. The way to cast fear out is to bring in love by accepting God’s unconditional love.
How do we cast out our cares?, we do it by casting into our hearts God’s promises that prove His love and His complete work for our lives.
It is in the moment we settled in our hearts, mind and spirit that we are in His protection and cannot be penetrated by any other power that is out there, we have cast our cares on Him.
The moment we acknowledge the God who lives in us is all-powerful and Almighty, then fear is cast out of our system, anxiety has no place in us and we are free from any form of pressure that is out there.
God set His kingdom IN US for a purpose. He cast His kingdom in us so that the moment we believe in Him, all cares will be cast out of our lives.
God wants us to seek His kingdom first because His kingdom shows us our position of authority, power and dominion over every form of force that is out there in the world.
When we realise that our God is constantly watching and caring for us more than anyone else in the world, our burden will be lifted and our yoke will be easy.
Let us fill our hearts and minds with all that Jesus Christ has established for us and give no room to any form of fear but faith in Christ Jesus.
