“Therefore do not be foolish and thoughtless, but understand and firmly grasp what the will of the Lord is.”

Paul taught the believers to redeem the time, be on guard and take every opportunity to grow in the will of God.
Every day, every hour and every minute is a valuable opportunity to grow in the knowledge of God.
We must take hold of the time we have right now, build when it is calm, and keep affirming the foundation that Jesus has laid for us.
It is harder to build in the storm.
It takes greater force from within to grapple with the truth when everything is coming against us.
Therefore, start building our lives in God so that when the storms come, we will be able to focus on standing instead of trying to find our place in God.
Sadly many believers wait till all hell breaks lose, wait till the doctors give them notice on how many days they have to live.
Why wait till the last minute? Start now and start building on the right foundation that Jesus has laid.
We all will face those storms and we all will be going through trials and tribulations one day.
If we build now in Christ, then we will know what to do and be confident to go through those situations.
Let us firmly grasp, and take hold of God’s promises and when we face the storms, we can stand as one who has conquered them all.
