II Corinthians 11:22 NKJV
1[22] Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I.
II Corinthians 11:22 NKJV
Paul addressed the issues of people who are wrapped up in pride and boasting about what they have achieved.
Paul says that if anyone wants to boast about something, he would be the one who is qualified because of what he has gone through for the gospel of Christ.
This shows us that in Christ we all function under the blessings we have received from Christ.
This means we have nothing to boast about. Whatever we have achieved and Whatever we own is by the grace of God.
We only prosper, grow, establish and are blessed because we use what God has put into our lives.
Pride is a statement that we have achieved it apart from God.
Since it is no longer we who live but Christ, therefore, it is foolishness to think it is by our own might that we have achieved it.
Everything we do now is in Christ, through His might and power.
When we are exposed to the truth of God's unlimited grace and power towards us, then there will be no chance for pride to stay in.
Proclaiming what Christ has done for every believer causes each minister to see each one as what Christ has made them to be, equal and as co-workers in the kingdom.
We don't serve to boast.
We serve to proclaim that God is so good towards us, and God wants us all to live in His abundance.
Let us keep living in Christ and boast of His goodness towards all mankind.
Blessings
