‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.”

The Lord revealed to Jeremiah that he was chosen before he was formed in his mother’s womb and that he had been called as a prophet to the nations.

Then the Lord touched his mouth and said I HAVE put MY WORDS in your mouth.

After revealing Jeremiah’s true identity and purpose, the Lord put His WORD in Jeremiah’s mouth.

This is an important part that we need to take hold of. Jeremiah needs to transition from his earthly identity and his earthly purpose to his spiritual identity and purpose.

Jeremiah needs to step into the identity he was created in God and fulfil his divine purpose.

We are all born into an earthly realm that is set with an earthly purpose.

But we all need to transition to our true identity in Christ and fulfil our divine purpose for we are all made in the image of God, and through abiding in Him, we fulfil our destiny.

For all who believe in Christ have been transitioned from the kingdom of darkness into His Kingdom of light.

All we need now is His WORD to be in our mouth, so that we may speak of His word.

Christ has given us His Word and they are yes and amen to those who believe.

Let us take hold of His Word and speak His Word, believe it will come to pass and enjoy the fruit His Word brings.
