Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

There are many definitions of what is the truth.

There are many things and various situations to which people define it as the truth.

The believers are called to live in the truth of God's word. God's truth does not change. It is eternal.

Jesus prayed to the Father that we will be sanctified by the truth and Jesus said "Your Word is truth".

We have many reports that we heard from our doctor or companies, governments, friends and family which may sound like the truth but all these so-called truths are subject to change.

A person can be sick now which is the truth but 2 weeks later that person is well. The truth that he was sick has changed.

If we hold on to the truth that can change then we are holding on to something or we are building our life on something that will fall or fail.

God's truth is Jesus.

Jesus and all Jesus has done is God's promises to all believers. This truth will never change, will not pass away and it is for eternity.

When the medical report says we are sick and God's word says that by His stripes we are healed, we know that there is one truth that can change and the other will not change.

Which truth is the real truth that we will put our trust in?

Whichever we choose to put our trust and faith in will give us the result.

What never changes is our real identity in Christ Jesus which is the real truth.

We are being transformed by the renewing of our mind with His promises and that every temporary effect, situation and sickness will pass away.

Let us believe and put God's word as the truth that overrides every so- called truth that is in the world.

Let God the Holy Spirit lead, teach and guide us into all truth.
