Jeremiah‬ ‭51‬:‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Set up the standard on the walls of Babylon; Make the guard strong, Set up the watchmen, Prepare the ambushes. For the Lord has both devised and done What He spoke against the inhabitants of Babylon.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭51‬:‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

A call to be ready, be prepared, and be armed to take on any surprises that the enemy might plan.

God’s assurance and providence of victory are assured but the people are called to stand guard, ready to take on the enemy.

We as a church have received from God gifts, provisions, strength, authority, and the right to rule and reign with Christ here on earth.

It is a call for us in this century to be on guard, to be prepared with the provision of God to fight a good fight of faith, taking the weapon of our warfare and pulling down every stronghold that stands in the way.

Are we able to reach and take our weapons in times of crisis?

All have been equipped with God’s provision but when the time comes are we able to pull out our spiritual weapons in time?

In a time of crisis, what are we reaching out to take? What are we speaking about when we are facing the situation? What are we doing when the storms of life appear?

Believers are loaded with God’s provision and weapons that can destroy every power of the enemy. But are we reaching out and taking our God-given weapon?

There is no point in having a loaded gun but not being able to reach out to it to shoot the enemy.

The enemy knows what we have and knows if we get to our weapons fast, his plans are destroyed

Therefore, the enemy plots to delay us from reaching our weapons. The enemy will cause us to see and amplify our problems bigger than it is so that we will be caught up in fear instead of the faith we have in the God who moves mountains.

God wants us to be prepared and be on guard, fully loaded with His provisions and weapons to bring down satan's plots and plans.

We must not take the bait satan throws to slow us down from taking our spiritual weapons.

We must always be watchful, our hands are always carrying the truth and our mouth speaks of the glory of God.

Let us be on guard and ready to face the storm with the power, authority, and grace that God has given to us.

Blessings

Ps Ambrose
