John 4:35 NKJV

Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! John 4:35 NKJV

Jesus was speaking about the souls that are ready for the harvest. The farmer knows when the time comes for harvesting, he harvests till the last crop there is on his farm. He does not stop and look for signs, an urge, feeling or some voice to indicate. He knows when it is harvest time, he takes action to harvest. Today, the church is still waiting for signs, an urge or even praying to God to send revival while the truth is the field is turning white and Jesus has already commanded us to harvest. It is time to do all that Christ has called us to do. I am not sure how pleased He would be to see His children hurdle together just wanting, waiting and not giving to reach the lost. We were created and restored into the image of God so that we will be the restoration hands, feet and heart of God to the world. We must not say that we have to be ready first then do the work. Everything that God says is to be done in His strength and His power. Jesus set that image in every one of us so that we can flow in His glory, love and power. We just need to avail ourselves for God to move in us and through us. A yielded vessel is a powerful effective vessel for God. It is harvest time! So let us reach out to touch lives.
